Your Tasks

• Updating company databases by inputting new employee contact information and employment details.
• Screening potential employees' resumes and application forms to identify suitable candidates to fill company job vacancies.
• Assisting the HR Colleagues wherever necessary.
• Organizing interviews with shortlisted candidates.
• Works well under pressure and meets tight deadlines.
• Posting job advertisements to job boards and social media platforms.
• Removing job advertisements from job boards and social media platforms once vacancies have been filled.
• Produce and submit reports/Data preparation on general HR activity.

Your Qualifications

• Effective communication skills (written and verbal).
• MBA degree in Human Resources with an aggregate of 60% throughout (2021 pass-out).
• Proficient in MS Excel and MS PowerPoint.
• The trainee should possess good analytical skills and people skills as he/she would closely work with business.
