Short Description:
To provide support, supervise, and maintain the employee's master data in SAP-HR, Establishment & Workers Appraisal system to keep employees' data up to date & correct.
Key Responsibilities:
- To check the employee's data in SAP-HR to ensure the correct master data of employees.
- To increase the wages of workers as and when required to ensure the timely updatation of wages..
- To coordinate & support the employees in PACE process to enable them to complete the process in time.
- To provide MIS about employees as and when required by the management to fulfill their requirements.
