Analyze technical ideas for conducting patentability and infringement searches. Prepare patent applications to secure Innovations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze technical ideas generated in the Organization to assess patentability.
• Conduct infringement searches to avoid infringement for our products
• Draft patent applications to secure innovations generated in the Organization
• Analysis of Competitors’ patent portfolio in India to keep track of their patent activity
• Tracking amendments in IP related laws and Patent cases in India to strategize drafting of patent applications
