Job Description

To ensure efficient and seamless dispatch operations in shifts and achieve daily shift-wise dispatch targets of individual plants with defined dealer service ratio, minimize transit damages & manpower deployment within prescribed targets. Supervise dedicated manpower for shifting & loading of Two Wheelers To ensure proper Truck movement inside the plant, FIFO of FG vehicles & Trucks, safety & 5’S checkpoints, KAIZENS, Accessories management &innovation in current operation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Achieve Daily Dispatch target.
• Reduce transit damages to dealers from assigned plant thus enhancing customer satisfaction.
