Analyze Zonal Parts Business performance & devise strategies to ensure maximum fulfillment of zonal sales targets and adherence to performance indicators of demand generation, supply performance, business management, manpower & financial requirements by Parts Distributors with the ultimate goal of having no customers to wait for HGP parts anywhere, anytime.

Key Responsibilities:

• Various Business Trackers on Parts Performance for regular monitoring and proactive decision making
• Parts planning & handling special projects from head office for improving the overall efficiency of business
• Assess distributorship on various performance parameters thereby ensuring the adherence to the same
• Managing parts marketing & BTL activities with the ultimate goal of increasing Hero Genuine Parts sales & awareness.
