The right talent enables Hike to build these products that customers love, and championing young talent is a critical part of this effort. Their way to bet on young talent is via a unique program called ZeroTo2 that provides incredible opportunities for anyone with up to 2 years of experience. After an overwhelming response, they are thrilled to bring back its third edition of ZeroTo2 which will have a total of 20 open positions across engineering roles.
You’ll have the opportunity to make an impact on your very first day and every day after as you hit the ground running shortly after you join! Your work will directly or indirectly work backwards toward the company's OKRs and will have a lasting impact on their product and customers. The only limit on your impact is your commitment and drive.
