Your role

HAL, Accessories Division, Lucknow is looking for an appointment for the Executive post reserved for PwBD-HH(HoH).

  • Name of Post: Assistant Officer (Grade-I)

Job Specification / Job Description/ Requirements:

  • The candidate should know HR functions (requirement, performance appraisal, IR & Administration, training & development etc.).
  • Understanding of Labour Laws and disciplinary procedures. 
  • Responsible for handling whole HR Generalist activities. 
  • Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems. 
  • All HR administration-related activities. Proficient in MS Office: knowledge of HRMS is a plus. 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 
  • Problem-solving and decision-making aptitude. 
  • Strong ethics and reliability.

Training & development

The objective of learning & development is that learning should become an integral component of individual professional development by:

  • Updating knowledge to avoid obsolescence
  • Enhancing creativity & innovation etc.

Salary & benefits

  • During the training period, you will draw a pay scale of INR 30,000 – 1,20,000/ per month. (Source: HAL)

About you
