Your role

HAL, Avionics Division, Hyderabad, Accessories Complex is in the process of inducting Personnel for the post of Trainee (unfilled backlog vacancies) in SC/ST Categories on a Permanent Basis in the Non-Executive Cadre, to be posted.

  • Post: Stores/Purchase Assistant Trainee

Training, development & rotations

  • The selected candidates will be under training for a period of one year.
  • After successful completion of one year of training, they will be absorbed in the regular scale of pay.
  • The candidates will be on probation for a period of six months after absorption.

Salary & benefits

  • During the training period, you will draw a stipend of INR 29,656/- per month. (Source: HAL)
  • Accommodation Allowance (in case of Company Accommodation is not provided) of INR 5,940/- per month.
  • In addition to the above, the trainees would be eligible for Medical Facilities, Leave, etc. admissible as per Company’s Policy.

After successful completion of one year of training, they will be absorbed in the regular scale of pay as on payment of INR 22000-90000/- per month with the following benefits:

  • Besides Basic Pay, the selected candidates will be eligible to get other benefits such as DA (Revised Quarterly), perks @ 25% of the Basic pay, HRA, Incentive, PF, Gratuity, Group Insurance, etc. An annual increase of 3% shall be admissible on the Basic Pay, subject to satisfactory performance.

About you

Qualification:

  • Degree in Commerce/Arts/Science from a recognized Institution with a minimum of 50% marks plus a Computer proficiency certificate of a minimum of three months duration.
  • Candidates applying for the above post should possess the qualification as indicated by the recognized Technical Board/university on or before 01.10.2022.
  • The cutoff percentage of marks to be scored by the SC/ST candidates in the qualifying examination is 50% & above.

Age: The upper age limit as of 01.10.2022 is 28 years (Age relaxation applies).
