Your role

Hitachi has established its Central Shared Services (CSS) function to be the strategic partner for transforming and delivering business operations across the Hitachi group. What you’ll be doing

The team within CSS is busy establishing the function, including the structure of the team, ways of working and processes. To help guide that work, Hitachi is looking for its next generation of talent!

The HR Inter program is designed for individuals to develop their careers and get a deep understanding of the entire HR organisation including Employee Services, Talent Development, Total Rewards & Mobility, People Data & Technology and Talent Acquisition.

This role will be a mixture of remote and in-office work based on Hitachi’s office in Bangalore.

Training & development
