Your role

Responsible for learning and onboarding in various programs and functions across the organization in 3-6 month spells, seeking to further comprehension of the company and its workings for accelerated growth and progression within the organization.

Key areas of responsibility include:

  • Shadowing and working with individuals within various organizational roles, learning complex skills and inner company comprehension, including but not limited to site experience, product training and mentorship program work.
  • Demonstrating a high technical comprehension, including strong aspects of a conceptual and analytical mindset, proving an ability to innovate and improve processes where necessary.
  • Maintaining a close and strong relationship with all colleagues and stakeholders, showing a true ability to lead and motivate others.
  • Proving a high-level comprehension of the company’s core values of safety and integrity, taking responsibility where applicable, typically achieving discipline within a given role after approximately twelve months.
