EHS & Process Safety Management

• Assist to strengthen the implementation of PSM procedures on the manufacturing shop floor, provide training and hand-holding to team members for effective implementation
• Ensure effective implementation of permit to work system fulfilling all EHS requirements are implemented and understood by team members on the manufacturing shop floor

Process & Production Management

• Responsible for defining and updating production Bill of Materials (BOMs) and recipes in the SAP system to ensure minimum variance & appropriate product cost structures
• Follow a review/audit program for operating procedures and technical setup for continuous improvement as an appointed procedure owner
• Analyze the variations in the plant performance and initiate corrective/preventive actions
• Drive operational discipline & excellence on the manufacturing shop floor ensuring the right quality, efficiency, safety, and reliability of overall operations.
• Independently handling the shift Operation.
• Independently manage the manpower required for operations and prepare shift schedules.
• Participate in the Root Cause Analysis for process deviations and provide real-time facts based on analysis of process documents
• Report for Maintenance problems faced.
• Maintaining the Batch History.
• Knowledge of SAP and like process order creation, Process order execution, Process order cost analysis, GRN, Label requisition, Troubleshooting for process order errors.
• Suggestions for improvements possible in terms of EHS and Productivity.
• Take an active role in controlling the emergency condition/situation as defined in EMO
• Train Operators for applicable EHS / PSM high hazard scenarios.

Key Requirements

Education;

• Graduate/Postgraduate in Chemistry
