Your role
Summary:
Hands-on Experience:
Work closely with experienced professionals to learn and contribute to day-to-day operations, projects, and initiatives within the food and beverage function.
Ensure the delivery of brand promise and always provide exceptional guest services.
Handle all guest and internal customer complaints and inquiries courteously and efficiently, following through to make sure problems are resolved satisfactorily.
Maintain positive guest and colleague interactions with good working relationships.
Project Management:
Lead or support projects aimed at improving operational efficiency, enhancing customer experience, developing new products, or implementing strategic initiatives.
Cross-functional Collaboration:
Collaborate with teams from different departments to solve complex business challenges and drive cross-functional initiatives.
Adaptability:
Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability by quickly learning and adjusting to new roles, responsibilities, and environments.

About you
Qualifications:
Graduate of Hotel School, Bachelor's degree, or equivalent in hospitality or a related field
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think strategically and creatively
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
Leadership potential with the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
Passion for the food and beverage industry and a desire to pursue a career in corporate leadership
Prior internship or work experience in the food and beverage industry is preferred but not required
Willingness to relocate and travel as required for rotational assignments or training opportunities
Commitment to professional growth and continuous learning
