Your role

Role Purpose

To manage Death Claims, ADD

Key Accountability

• Managing Claims and having a strong eye on risk i.e. claims adjudication of Death claims
• To drive closure from the team i.e. claim assessment of cases within TAT
• Liaising with stakeholders
• Compliance with all Regulatory requirements and delivery as per the same
• Ensure timely, speedier and accurate delivery
• Identify areas of improvement and take projects and deliver as per the business objective
• Ensure adherence to SOPs and document any changes as discussed with Sr. Management
• Close collaboration with Finance, Compliance, Product, Actuarial, IT etc teams is important to ensure delivery of action in the role
• Assist the business areas with developing a remedial action plan for issues identified
• Monitor the implementation of established action plans
• Lifeasia and Group Asia (insurance policy admin system) preferred
