Your role

This is a full-time on-site role for a Front Line Manager at ICICI Prudential Life Insurance Company in Dehradun.

The Front Line Manager will be responsible for people management, operations management, communication, team management, and training. The role involves overseeing daily operations, ensuring efficient communication and training processes and bringing business to the company.

Compensation & benefits

The Front Line Manager will receive an annual salary of around INR 200,000 to INR 400,000 as well as benefits such as:
