We are seeking Trainee Recruitment Consultants to join our ID Medical team to:

• To ensure that ID Medical is the first choice Medical Placement Organization for the professional agency nurse. 
• Initiates and develops long-term relationships with agency nurses who are either seeking new opportunities now or in the future, with the objective of placing them in appropriate positions with the NHS or private hospitals.

• Maximize revenue opportunities by accurately matching nurses to vacancies and negotiating the most advantageous rates providing good outcomes for ID Medical, our nurses, and our clients.
