Your role

If you are selected, you will be working with other senior designers on:

• Deep user research in Defence and Enterprise markets
• Identifying insights, user habits, and key user needs
• Sketching and form visualization
• Designing and prototyping delightful product experiences

You will also collaborate with world-class product teams and learn:

• Nextgen tech like AI, Avionics, IoT, autonomous robotics, advanced materials
• Be exposed to defence and industry verticals like GIS, Railways, forestry, mining, etc
• Understand adjacent functions like product management, marketing, and manufacturing

About you

If you are a final semester B.Des/ M.Des. student with exceptional sketching and form visualization, please get in touch with your resume and portfolio. Make sure your portfolio already has 1 or 2 great Transportation or ID projects.

ID skills

• Design Research, Insights Analysis, Opportunity Mining, Concept Visualization, Techno-aesthetic Detailing, Exceptional sketching, storytelling, storyboarding, 2D,3D form visualization, and presentation skills.
• Really good CAD surface/ solid modelling skills are a plus.

Understanding of

• Industrial Design skills like User Research, Ergonomics, Anthropometry, 2D sketch concept visualization, 3D Form development, model making, 3D printing, prototyping, CMF etc.

Familiarity with

• Aerodynamics, mechanical and electronics engineering, plastics, carbon fiber, lightweight materials & finishes, robotics, military technology, etc.
