Your role

Job Description

IIDE Education is seeking Intern / Trainee Academic Counselors to assist in guiding students about IIDE’s Digital Marketing Courses. This internship offers an opportunity to learn and develop skills in inside sales and academic counseling. Candidates should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, along with a passion for education and student success. Prior experience with EdTech platforms is advantageous but not required.

Responsibilities and duties:

• Assist in counseling students regarding course inquiries and career opportunities.
• Engage with students and concerned parents in person and over the phone to address their queries.
• Support in achieving daily, weekly, and monthly targets for student enrollments.
• Utilize CRM and sales automation tools to generate sales reports and track student interactions.
• Collaborate with senior counselors and undertake additional responsibilities as assigned.

Expected deliverables/KPIs:

• Connect with a minimum of 50-60 prospective students daily.
• Contribute to meeting weekly revenue targets as per batch requirements.
• Engage in 2-3 hours of talk time per day on average.

Duration: 1-month internship with the potential for conversion to a full-time position based on performance.

About you

Requirements to qualify for this internship:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• Strong proficiency in both written and spoken English.
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills with a keen interest in sales and counseling.
• Basic knowledge of CRM systems and previous experience with EdTech platforms is a plus.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
