Your role

As an Intern, you will be responsible for:

• Responsible for bridging the gap between IT and the business using data analytics, determining requirements, and delivering data-driven recommendations and reports to executives and stakeholders.
• Work on bringing new technologies into the business.
• Working on reporting using Google Data Studio, Google Sheets, and Excel
• Monitoring & handling their learning management system.
• Work on their IVR & if issues are fixing them by calling the vendors.
• Work on software like Chatbots, Learning management systems, WhatsApp bots, and Marketing Automation software.
• Understand software like Zapier and Integromat to automate processes.
• Work on automating and helping other employees.
• Flexibility and willingness to go beyond the call of duty (a go-getter).

Requirements:

• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, Javascript, SQL, Excel & Google Data Studio.
• The preferred background is BSCIT, Computer Science, or Computer Engineering.
