Your role

Job Summary:

• Responsible for bridging the gap between marketing and the business using data analytics, determining requirements, and delivering data-driven recommendations and reports to executives and stakeholders.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Work on bringing new technologies into the business.
• Working on reporting using Google Data Studio, Google Sheets, and Excel
• Monitoring & handling the learning management system.
• Work on software like Chatbots, Learning management systems, WhatsApp bots, and Marketing Automation software.
• Understand software like Zapier and Make(Integromat) to automate processes
• Work on automating and helping other employees
• Flexibility and willingness to go beyond the call of duty (a go-getter)
• Candidate should be able to use CRM software like SalesForce, LeadSquared, etc.
