Your role

This role involves organizing and executing creative marketing events while supporting various marketing projects. Ideal candidates should be organized, communicative, and creative. Responsibilities include event logistics, budget management, content development, and team collaboration. Responsibilities

• Planned, organized, and executed end-to-end logistics for creative marketing events, including supersessions and workshops.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure seamless event execution.
• Assist in developing event content, agendas, and marketing materials.
• Managing marketing leads coming from creative marketing sources.
• Manage event budgets and expenses, ensuring compliance with financial guidelines.
• Collaborate with the creative team to brainstorm ideas and contribute to marketing campaigns.
• Assist in content creation, social media management, and other marketing activities as needed

About you

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
• Proficiency in Gsuite and familiarity with project management tools.
• Creative mindset and a passion for marketing and events.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and requirements.
• Previous experience in content creation, social media management, or graphic design is a plus.
