Your role

As an Associate within the Retention Marketing Team at IIDE, you will execute end-to-end promotional campaigns, write communication copy, coordinate data reporting across various channels, and ensure content quality.

This role requires a strategic mindset, attention to detail, and a passion for driving growth in the education sector. You'll need great relationship-building skills, solid presentation and communication skills, and the ability to work in a team and interact with multiple departments across the company. 

What you’ll do:

• Conducting end-to-end email, SMS & WhatsApp marketing campaigns.
• Study Customer Data from CRM.
• Creating multiple segments from existing data.
• Daily analysis of campaigns.
• Working with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and consistency in CRM efforts.

About you

What you need:

• While formal education and qualifications are important, they care mainly about your attitude, your work ethic, your desire to learn, and your ability to fit into their existing team culture! 
• Fair knowledge of Digital Marketing tools and proficiency in Google Sheets and G-studio. 
• Strong analytical, written communication and research skills and the ability to gather and interpret data to drive decision making. 
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment. 
• You must be incredibly organized and process-driven with a strong eye for detail. 
• Someone who defaults to believing all problems are solvable and is resourceful enough to find a solution using their initiative.
