Your responsibilities

• To develop a culture with output-oriented risk and compliance-based approach and compliance-based approach which is understood by every co-worker.
• To ensure adherence to ASR documents, Group Risk Manual, and Safety Security Manual.
• Develop and drive the annual Risk Manual directives in the store, which are derived from the Sec check/ group risk manual.
• Build and support a cross-functional network of business stakeholders that have responsibility for compliance (related) activities in the store.
• Support functional managers in the store in the implementation of steering documents and working methods.
• Conduct compliance activities that are under the direct responsibility of the Retail Risk & Compliance function.
• Connect to owners of compliance activities according to the scope of Retail compliance and coordinate these activities for the store.
• Where compliance verification activities highlight non-compliance, provide recommendations and support for the business to develop action plans, and monitor their implementation.
• Ensure risk and impact assessments are performed for all functions and the action plan is implemented as per timelines.
• Ensure that all systems and procedures are in place as per IKEA Safety & Security Manual and SOPs.
• Monitor store daily safety and security operation and ensure store safety & security management meet with IKEA group requirements and local government regulations.
