• Good knowledge about pricing routines and price and product communication.
• Knowledge about how to use PTAG Plus in IKEA's daily business.
• General understanding of all IKEA Retail applications and processes related to PTAG Plus.
• Having good knowledge of how the unit works, the country's business plan, the needs of the customers, and the impact this has on the business process.

You know the following areas:

• Proven transfer knowledge and presentation skills.
• Training and facilitation skills.
• Ability to build relationships and cooperate with people in different units.
• Ability to work with timelines and schedules and maintain deadlines.

Your Responsibilities

• Build up and secure a high level of competence in how to use PTAG Plus in the IKEA daily business.
• Secure that PTAG Plus works well in your store and support the store in what is possible in PTAG or not, for example in case of rebuilding, openings, sales activities, or catalog shifts.
• Identify training needs, develop and maintain training/education material, and provide training within the store.
• Collect and report issues your user in the store may have with PTAG Plus; functional errors, change requests, or enhancements suggestions.
• Establish a network within the country or region with a co-worker or in countries with more stores, with Store Super User.
• Be the one point of contact and secure the communication between the end-user, the Store Super User, the SO, and other relevant stakeholders.
• At request, assist in the testing of new releases or functions.
• Actively striving to develop and secure a backup/successor for the role
• The employee is scheduled for three days for PTag and ISell, and two days(Friday+Saturday) on the sales floor.
