Your role

• Daily interaction is with internal users for all the IT related requirements.
• Taking Quotes from the vendor for all the IT requirements & preparing the comparison sheet.
• Negotiate with external vendors and build good relationships with them.
• Preparing the Purchase order for All Supply/Service/AMC's & maintaining the track of it.
• Follow Up with Vendor for material delivery and Verifying the material with purchase order.
• Processing the vendor invoices on a timely basis & taking follow up with the finance team for the payment.
• Maintaining the records of all Purchase orders/Invoices/Contract copies.
• Maintaining the asset records all the stores.
• Sending reminders to the Operation team regularly for all the renewals.
• Maintaining the inventory of all the IT asset equipment & putting the asset tags of all the IT equipment.
• Monthly audit of all the IT assets of all the sites.
• Publishing/Sharing the Weekly/Monthly reports to the respective teams.
• Coordinating with SEZ security team regularly for SEZ formalities & Documentation to Remove & inward the Material.
• Readiness to work in rotational shifts/weekends.
