Your role

Responsibilities:

• Understand clinical and non-clinical documents received from the clinic.
• Understand the document type for filing the document Understand the naming convention for indexing the document.
• Abstract relevant clinical data like impressions from diagnostic or lab reports in the patient’s electronic account.
• For rejected documents understand the physician’s feedback and correct it accordingly.
• Send back the data to the clinic that needs action from the front office.
• Working on an electronic health record (EHR) application.

About you

Prerequisites:

• Fresher.
• Any work experience in healthcare applications will be added advantage.
• Good communication skills.

Eye for detail:

• Microsoft word and excel knowledge (basic) Education: B. Pharm/ M. Pharm graduates Any Life Science Graduates Preference will be given to BSC. (Nursing, biotechnology, zoology, botany, biochemistry, microbiology).
