Qualification

• CA (Intermediate) with Graduation in Commerce having secured a minimum of 60% marks from a University recognized by UGC.
• Training Period: One year

Upper Age limit

• 30 yrs. as on 01st February 2022 (relaxable by 5 years for SCs/STs and by 3 years for OBCs)

Location:

• At any of the IFFCO Plants / Marketing Offices located in PAN India. However, the position is transferable in any of the existing or future establishments of IFFCO or its subsidiaries at any time.

Key Skills & Additional Skills

The candidates with experience in the fields of Corporate Accounts, Taxation, Corporate Finance, Bills, Treasury Management & working knowledge of ERP/ SAP will be an added advantage. 

Compensation

• During training, a monthly stipend of Rs.36000/- along with other allowances will be paid as per the Rules of IFFCO. 
• On successful completion of one-year training, candidates may be appointed in the pay scale of Rs. 40000-75000. CTC Rs.9 lacs per annum. (approx.)

Service Bond

• The selected candidates will have to furnish a service Bond for serving for a minimum period of 3 years after successful completion of training.

Selection Procedure

• Eligible and shortlisted candidates will be required to appear for the Computer-based online test at the designated Centres throughout India or as decided by IFFCO depending on the number of candidates. 
• Only those candidates will be called for personal interviews who are shortlisted on the basis of their performance in the online test.

Medical Examination

• Short-listed candidates after a personal interview will be medically examined as per IFFCO’s medical standards before final selection.

Knowledge of Language

• Candidates who have reading, writing and speaking knowledge of one or two more languages of Indian states other than the mother tongue will be desirable.
