Job Description

Name of Post: Junior Research Fellow (JRF)

Qualification 

• BE/BTech/ME/MTech in Electrical/Electronics and related disciplines with >75% marks (or > 8.0 CPI), valid GATE score and knowledge in Semiconductor Devices or Microelectronics or equivalent.
• The candidate should be proficient in Technology CAD tools like Synopsis Sentaurus or Silivaco.
• Experience in semiconductor device modeling, device characterization and LINUX operating system will be preferred.
• The applicant should be driven, enthusiastic about research and willing to work for the duration of the contract.

Tenure: 1 year extendable till the end of the project on satisfactory performance
