Your role

Electrical Engineering at IIT Hyderabad will be the source for fundamental knowledge and technologies (IPs, Publications, Products, Commercialization as Licensing, ToTs...) in the technology vertical of Autonomous Navigation and Data Acquisition Systems (UAVs, ROVs, etc.).

Tenure: For 11 months, extension subject to performance

Training & progression

The appointment shall be on a purely temporary basis for Eleven (11) months and further extension of tenure, if any, may be granted subject to the satisfactory performance of the selected candidate and the requirement of the Institute.

Training/internship certificates will be issued after the completion of the duration.

Salary & benefits

The Consolidated remuneration every month is around INR 25,000 to 30,000/per month ( Source: IIT Hyderabad).

About you

To apply for this position, you must have the following eligibility criteria:

Essential Qualification:

• B.Tech/B.E (ECE/CSE/IT/EEE) – minimum of 65% marks with 0-2 years (s) of experience. OR M.Tech/M.E (ECE/CSE/IT/EEE) – minimum of 65% marks. Freshers can apply.

Desired Experience in:

• ECU SW development experience in embedded C. Experience in Machine Learning and Deep Learning. Experience in communication protocols like CAN, SPI, I2C, UART etc.
• Strong embedded system debugging skills & understanding of hardware schematic. Understanding of architecture of Multicore/single core Automotive microcontroller architecture.
• Experience in integration of sensors such as Ultrasonic, camera etc. to controller boards such as Arduino, Raspberry Pi, Jetson Nano etc.
• Ability to write the software requirements, unit specifications and Integration test plan.
• Experience in Software testing such as SIL (Software in Loop) or HIL (Hardware in Loop) testing is a plus. Understanding of AutoSAR-based project development.
