Your role

IIT Kharagpur's Metallurgical and Materials Engineering department is looking for B.E / B.Tech or M.Sc students to join their research teams.

• You will join the team as a Junior Project Assistant and work on a project involving - "Exploring the potential of rare earth elements (REE) as inclusion modifier towards the production of inclusion-critical special-grade low carbon micro-alloyed steel(SIP)"

Salary & benefits

Consolidated pay is up to INR 31,000/- per month, (depending upon qualifications & experience).

About you

• BE/B.Tech. in Metallurgy/Chemical Engg, or, M.Sc. in Chemistry. And a valid GATE score for all.
• Knowledge of Characterization with XRD/SEM is preferable.
