About you

Basic qualifications:

• 0-1 years of experience.
• Graduation/Engineering/MCA in computer science.

Skills required:

• Knowledge of MS-Office and O365 suite.
• Ability to work on Excel and Adv. Excel functions.
• Exposure to PHP/.Net/ABAP/APEX/any other programming language and any database is required.
• Familiar with SDLC or Agile methodologies.
• Coordinate with multiple departments within IT.
• Understanding of IT Services required.
• Good communication skills to directly handle customers required.
• Ability to understand business and knowledge of Flow diagrams and process charts is an added advantage.
