Your role

ISRO Propulsion Complex (IPRC) is inviting applications for various posts as detailed below.

Name of the Post: Technical Assistant (Mechanical - 15, Electronics & Communication - 4, Electrical - 1, Computer Science - 1, Civil - 3).

Training & development

The training program is aimed at introducing the newly recruited employees to the ISRO systems by providing necessary exposure to the ISRO program. It's known as the ISRO induction training program (IITP). Initially, the place of posting will be in IPRC, Mahendragiri, Tirunelveli District, Tamil Nadu. However, the applicants are liable to be posted in any of the Centres or Units of ISRO or the Department of Space situated anywhere in India as and when required. The posts are of temporary nature, but likely to continue indefinitely.

Salary & benefits

• The candidate that is hired for the post of ISRO Technical Assistant will be admitted into the organization at the Pay Matrix Level 7
• The monthly salary is ₹44,900 per month plus admissible allowances

About you

To apply for this role you must have the following eligibility criteria:

Education:

First Class Diploma in Mechanical Engineering (or) Production Engineering, Electronics Engineering (or) Electronics & Communication Engineering (or) Electronics & Telecommunication Engineering (or) Electronics & Instrumentation Engineering, Electrical Engineering (or) Electrical and Electronics Engineering, Computer Science (or) Computer Science & Engineering (or) Computer Technology, Civil Engineering.

Age limitation:

• The minimum age for applying for the above posts is 18 years.
• The maximum age limit prescribed for Technical Assistants is 35 years as of 24.04.2023.
