About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

• Executing transactions, following through on the execution of the required actions for the financial planning done
• Staying careful about the smallest aspect of a transaction, both online and offline
• Improving the customer service procedures, policies, and standards for our organization or department
• Providing help and advice to customers using our organization's products or services
• Keeping ahead of developments in customer service by reading relevant journals, going to meetings, and attending seminars and fund manager events
