Developing python based automation test setup for testing HV GaN-based products, from Pre – Silicon to Post – Silicon Validation and testing.
Integrating instrument drivers and establishing communication with instruments.
Understanding test case requirements and turning them into automation tests.
Good understanding of power electronics systems, power boards, converters, Inverters, power supplies, etc.
Understanding test plans, executing accordingly and reporting failures through reporting tools.
Working closely with designers, and application development teams to understand requirements.
Working with measurement equipment like DSO, thermal chamber, power supplies and loads, etc.
About you
You are best equipped for this task if you have
Electrical / Electronics engineering with a good understanding of power electronics systems.
Hands-on experience working with Python and integration of instrument drivers.
Experience in developing an automation test setup for electronic/power electronic systems.
Able to develop automation test setup for the given test cases.
Good understanding in terms of functionality and operation of measuring instruments and Oscilloscopes.
Good understanding of communication protocols.
Good communication skills.
