About the Role

We are looking for a suitable candidate who would be part of the Content Operations Team which powers content for our Swish Shopping Mobile Application and Folder Experience. 

This candidate will need to be analytically driven, has experience working within different systems, and ideally has an understanding of eCommerce. 

Key Responsibilities

• Push Curated Product feed to the database to be then published on the app. 
• Be well-versed with the process and various guidelines for publishing coupons & deals. 
• Should be able to do market research and have a keen eye for details regarding the industry. 
• Ensures all required product data is loaded and goes live on planned days 
• Work cross-functionally with Content Curation and Creative Teams 
• CMS build/improvements 
• App build/improvements
• Use Analytics and user behavior insights to curate the catalog to drive higher engagement
• Keep adding new e-commerce partners to the platform for a wider variety of products availability

Required Experience / Expectations

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience 
• 0 – 2 years of experience in Content Operations 
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a cross-functional team   
• Good English vocabulary and creative writing. 
• Strong attention to detail 
• Flexible to work in different time zones 
• Willing to work in shifts, and on weekends (with adequate compensation during weekdays)  
• Should be efficient in excel
• Good understanding of e-commerce merchandising 
• Good judgment and quick decision-making skill
