Your role

Responsibilities

  • As the Intern-GTM Operations, you will be a part of the essential engine that supports sales operations.
  • You will focus on driving growth, delivering insights, and measuring performance throughout Sales.
  • The Sales, Analytics, Planning, and Intelligence team will be a centralized unit that supports all performance reporting for sales, and you will directly support the Sales team.
  • Overall, in this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of the go-to-market sales initiatives and contribute significantly to the success of the Sales operations.

A Day in the Life

  • Collaborate with the conference team to gather pre-conference data.
  • Clean, normalize, and upload pre-conference data on SFDC.
  • Create dashboard architectures for all upcoming conferences with appropriate filters.
  • Independently handle the pre-conference process, liaising with the DB team to get the attendee list.
  • Upload the attendee list on SFDC and send notifications to the DG/Events team and relevant stakeholders to start marking meetings on SFDC.
  • Ensure all meetings planned by DG/Events are available at the contact level and relevant fields are correctly tagged; ensure data parity.
  • Follow up with the DG/Events team regularly if no meetings are visible on the dashboard.
  • Liaise with the Conference team to get the post-conference team and normalize, clean, and upload post-conference data on SFDC.
  • Maintain hygiene on conference data.
  • Perform dashboard reconciliation.

About you

To be an attractive candidate you must have the following criteria.

Skills:

  • Good proficiency in written and verbal English.
  • Hands-on experience with MS Office tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Familiarity with Google Suite tools such as Sheets, Docs, and Slides.
  • Basic understanding of sales processes, cycles, and methods.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and self-starter attitude.
  • A curious learner with attention to detail.
  • Must be comfortable with 3 PM to 12 AM shift timings.

Qualification:

  • Graduate/ Post -Graduate in any discipline (Preferred 2022 or 2023 batch).
