What you will do
- Ensuring that Fullstack education is attracting the best talent across the company.
- Help create and drive the talent acquisition and recruitment processes.
- Delivering on monthly recruitment targets set by the management.
- Onboarding new recruitment agencies, working with them and ensuring that our recruitment mandates are getting fulfilled as per the SLA.
- Partner with leadership to drive the personal and professional development of the organization’s personnel, which involves employee onboarding, training, and ongoing development.
- Collaborate with others to increase employee engagement and drive employee development across the teams
- Extend support in managing and developing our work culture.
Competencies
- Experience with prior HR internships.
- Excellent understanding of HR best practices.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Should have passion for HR in general and take initiatives to make the workplace more engaging.
