Specialization programs are in-depth, rigorous, online specializations that prepare students for an internship in that domain. For this new product line, we are looking to set up the world's best program delivery and user engagement team - a team that combines a teacher's empathy with an entrepreneur's hustle. And this role is your opportunity to be part of that team.
What will you do?
- Contact potential or existing customers over phone to present JOS products, address their doubts and questions, and drive conversions
- Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information/feedback to increase conversion efficiency and to improve JOS products
- Work with marketing team to conduct webinars and live events to generate funnel
Who are we looking for?
Someone who;
- Believes in the power of education to change lives
- Is energetic, empathetic, and a go getter (moves fast)
- Is great at counseling, listening, and providing solutionsH
- Has excellent communication skills in English and Hindi. Knowledge of regional language(s) will be a plus
- Is well versed with the world of education, skilling, and career counseling
- Has 0.5-1 year of experience in tele counseling and tele sales in Ed-tech (in higher education or upskilling domain).
