Your role

Internshala is looking for a proactive and dynamic training and development intern to join the Careers and Preparation team at the Internshala Placement Guarantee Course. As a Training & Development intern, you will be empowering students to kickstart their corporate journey.

What will you do?

• Evaluate and counsel students one-on-one who enroll with Internshala's Placement Guarantee Course to ensure their resumes align with the industry standards
• Deliver and meet set targets for resume evaluation and preparation on a monthly basis
• Help students create resumes and cover letters alongside providing constructive feedback to all the PGC candidates
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders including the Corporate engagement team, Program Delivery team, and external stakeholders including recruiters and hiring managers

About you

The ideal candidate should have an attitude to get things done with attention to detail, strong written & verbal communication, and a learning mindset.

• Can start the internship between 15th Jun'24 and 20th Jul'24
• Are available for duration of 6 months
• Have relevant skills and interests

• Is a final-year student or recent graduate
• Has excellent Interpersonal skills

• Has the ability to multitask
• Is skilled in MS Office and Canva

Compensation & benefits

As an intern, you will receive a monthly stipend of INR 18,000 as well as the following benefits:

• Certification
• Informal dress code
• 5 days a week of work
• Job offer

On successful conversion to a permanent employee, the candidate can expect a yearly salary of INR 300,000 to INR 400,000.
