Internshala is an online recruitment and training platform. On the recruitment portal of Internshala, internship seekers and job-seeking freshers from all over India, across different education streams, can search and apply to various internships and fresher jobs of their choice and organizations.

Your role

Key responsibilities:

• Handling operational tasks in the specialization programs at Internshala.
• Working closely with stakeholders (end users, product team, SMEs, and business team) to deliver a seamless learning experience for students in the specialization program.
• Continuously monitoring specialization courses for feedback and suggestions by leveraging various channels-emails, forums, doubt-clearing sessions, weekly stand-ups, etc. to troubleshoot any technical or content-based issues that may occur in the specializations.
• Creating and maintaining a study plan for students in the programs and making sure that the students are sticking to this plan and not lagging.
• Managing day-to-day support for enrolled students.
• Suggesting improvements needed in different operations.
• Collaborating with executives and creating operational policies and procedures.
• Overlooking the daily functions of the business.

Training & development

Salary & benefits 

The specified fixed stipend for this position is INR 18,000 per month. Additional benefits provided to employees may include:
