Your role

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

• Monitoring calls for the counselors
• Sharing feedback (1-0-1 & email) with counselors
• Creating awareness & promoting a quality environment through huddles
• Auditing the process of hygiene
• Coaching & mentoring the associates to improve their performance
• Participating in calibration sessions

Compensation & benefits

The specified fixed stipend for the Quality Analyst Internship is INR 18,000 monthly. Additional benefits provided to employees may include:

Please note that for outstation candidates, they provide PG accommodation for the first 7 days and also reimbursement of AC-3 tier train fare for relocation.
