Your role

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include

• Post videos and write SEO-friendly titles, descriptions, and tags for videos on YouTube and Instagram channels
• Create creative and engaging content for Internshala's YouTube channels (Internshala and Fresher Jobs)
• Develop engaging community text and image polls, posters, and quizzes for YouTube community pages
• Script and plan videos, posts, and YouTube thumbnails, and coordinate with design and video production teams to create them
• Act in YouTube Shorts, ideate and research scripts, ongoing trends, and music
• Research, analyze, and write about industry-related topics and trending subjects
• Innovate and tap into the latest trends continuously to improve the quality of Internshala's YouTube content
• Analyze growth and insights across different channels and develop strategies to improve engagement rates and other metrics

• Is immensely creative and always bubbling up with new ideas
• Can write compelling copies!
• Has excellent verbal and written communication skills (Hindi and English)
• Has strong proof-reading and editing skills
• Has an understanding of how to create engaging and attractive content to optimize YouTube channels
• Has an understanding and knowledge of YouTube/Instagram and its algorithm will be an added advantage

Compensation & benefits

As an intern, you will receive a monthly stipend of INR 18,000 as well as the following benefits:

Please note that for outstation candidates, they provide PG accommodation for the first 7 days and also reimbursement of AC-3 tier train fare for relocation.

Training & development

Internshala provides interns with a 6-month internship allowing them to get hands-on experience with real projects and receive mentorship and guidance from experienced staff.
