Your role

At Internshala, they are making this dream a reality! The Android app (https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.internshala.app&hl=en_IN&gl=US) is used by over a million students to get a headstart in their careers. They are in the process of improving the UX and functionality of the app and are looking for an SDE Intern (Android) to join their young team. If your calling is to solve complex challenges through elegant & modular code, this role is for you. You will work with the web engineers as well as the design & product teams to deliver high-quality features on the app.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

• Building and maintaining features for our Android app
• Unit-testing code for robustness, including edge cases, usability, and general reliability
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features

About you

Only candidates who meet the specified criteria may apply:

• Available for full-time (in-office) internship
• Can start the internship between 31st Aug'24 and 5th Oct'24
• Available for 6 months
• Have relevant skills and interests

Other requirements:

• You have experience with Android (XML and Java)
• You are inherently passionate about building world-class products
• You have a solid understanding of the full mobile development life cycle
• Knowledge of the GIT and MVC frameworks is preferred
