Your role

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

• Work on being the first point of contact for general queries to users' services by phone calls and emails and create positive relationships to convert them into upsell leads and brand ambassadors
• Work on the ownership and management of students' inquiry and identify, troubleshoot, and proactively solve students' problems
• Work on supporting internal stakeholders and teams to increase efficiency and enhance users' experience
• Liaise with other teams to ensure all users' requests and inquiries are managed appropriately
• Work on maintaining records of the data to analyze and improve the services
• Work on projects associated with product development and liaise with cross-functional teams
• Maintain a thorough knowledge of the product and its capabilities

Training & development

What will you learn from this internship?

• You will learn the art of communication and the art of being empathic towards users, hence enhancing your soft skills
• You will get the knack of motivating the users and how to build relations with them
• You will also get to know the nitty-gritty of how Internshala Trainings, as a product and as a business, works

Compensation & benefits 

The fixed stipend for this position is INR 18,000 per month. Outstation candidates will get PG accommodation for the first 7 days and reimbursement of the AC-3-tier train fare. Additional benefits provided may include:
