Your role

As a YouTube Script Writer, your responsibilities will be:

• Research topics and trends to develop engaging content ideas for YouTube videos
• Assist in writing clear, concise, and compelling scripts that align with the brand voice and resonate with the audience
• Collaborate with the content team to brainstorm and refine video concepts
• Revise and edit scripts based on feedback from producers and other team members
• Stay up-to-date with YouTube trends, best practices, and platform changes to continuously improve content performance

Other requirements

• Strong interest in storytelling and digital media, particularly YouTube
• Excellent writing and communication skills
• Ability to conduct thorough research on a variety of topics
• Creativity and the ability to generate fresh, engaging ideas
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work
• Familiarity with YouTube and other social media platforms is a plus
• Basic understanding of SEO and keyword optimization for YouTube is a plus
• Proficiency in creative writing, communications, script writing, or a related field/degree
• A portfolio of writing samples, preferably including scripts or video content

Compensation & benefits

As an intern, you will receive a monthly stipend of INR 18,000 as well as the following benefits:

• Informal dress code
• 5 days a week of work

Please note that for outstation candidates, they provide PG accommodation for the first 7 days and also reimbursement of AC-3 tier train fare for relocation.
