Responsibilities
- Governance structure oversight to identify, work through the migration of tasks from onshore to offshore and their subsequent execution.
- Perform monthly/quarterly certifications analysis for physical access, voice recording, and various other processes in line with audit/compliance requirements.
- Partner with onshore teams to ensure all the rules are updated on a timely basis in line with audit/compliance requirements.
- Create reporting to identify and monitor determined KPIs for activities undertaken.

- Strong sense of task ownership, client service, and responsiveness to prioritize the work as per requirement.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft tools with an emphasis on Excel.
- On an ongoing basis, a flexible and adaptable approach to the role will be required as the operations hub is established.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience)
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Word.
- VBA/Macro skills will be an added advantage but not essential.
