Your role

As part of the job, your role and responsibilities include:

• Work on the first level of documentation for reactive non-strategy tenders
• Pre- Sales Engineer for an unmanaged partner for Foundation level products
• Build competency and certification for unmanaged partners ( As of now it is not followed up)
• Follow up with Webinar – Boot camp – events (after events and Webinar, following up with the technical attendees)

About you

To be eligible for this position, you will need the following requirements:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills (Mail and Document)
• Should be able to draft first-level technical proposal
• Good technical knowledge of Networking concepts and Cyber Security
• Advanced understanding of Windows and Linux OS
• Preferably an Engineering Graduate or currently attending a post-secondary program
• Working knowledge of MS Visio
• Familiarity with Enterprise Software / Data Centers will be an added advantage
• Basic scripting knowledge will be an added advantage
