Kitex is a part of the renowned Anna-Kitex group of companies, founded by the legendary Late Shri M. C. Jacob, Kitex Garments Ltd is the largest employer in the private sector in the state of Kerala. It is located near Kochi and has easy access to the sea and airports. The company was established in 1992. Your role

As a part of the role, you need to have,

• Experience in Textile processing, preferably in the lab
• Knowledge about dyes and chemicals is a must

Training, development & rotations

They are a learning organization and encourage the development of knowledge, skills, and attitudes to enable its people to perform to their full potential. Kitex has developed a corporate-wide training program to bring learning to the workplace through the use of in-house, qualified trainers. Individual training needs are identified, training objectives are set, the appropriate module implemented and, finally, the effectiveness of the training is analyzed and evaluated through the training MIS. The objective of the training is to build competencies to respond to the dynamic business environment and to build leadership. Most of their managers have risen from the ranks.
