Your role

• Planning & implementing a strategy for monthly hiring targets achievement
• Stakeholder management- Collaborating & influence to be able to meet expectations
• Vendor Engagement- To ensure pipeline flow
• Working on alternate sources of hiring-ER, campus, etc.
• Monitor & ensure process adherence & TAT on ATS
