Your Role

• Planning and implementing a strategy for monthly hiring target achievement.
• Collaborating and influencing to be able to meet the expectations of Stakeholder management.
• Working on alternate sources of hiring ER and campus.
• Monitor and ensure process adherence and TAT on ATS.

Training & Development

The bank provides several training programs in different sectors;

• The progress of learners was monitored automatically to determine gaps in performance and address them continually.
• The performance improvement program was organized to provide supervisor-level counseling for learners. 
• A periodic analysis was done to improve the rule sets and attain maximum business objectives
