Your role

• Data preparation and reviewing of Excel and data.
• Product-wise, region-wise reporting.
• Collating and preparing daily weekly, monthly, quarterly, half-yearly, and yearly reports.
• Designing, preparing and managing the Dashboard daily.
• Organizational skills to stay focused on assigned tasks.
• Ensure data accuracy and timeliness of reports.

Training & development

The bank provides several training programs in different sectors;

• The progress of learners was monitored automatically to determine gaps in performance and address them continually.
• The performance improvement program was organized to provide supervisor-level counselling for learners. 
• A periodic analysis was done to improve the rule sets and attain maximum business objectives.
